Value Telecommunications was born out of our belief that the suppliers of telecommunications services could and should give their customers better value for their money. With over 10 years experience in the industry, our Managing Director concluded that not enough value was being offered by telecommunications service suppliers to their customers. This applied equally to home services as well as to small and medium sized businesses in contra-distinction to large businesses that were able to secure special rates because of their sheer size. With experience in both the residential and the business world, we have a wide range of Value Plans to meet everyone’s needs.

To make life easier we have one single bill for all of your services. With direct debit you will never need to worry about due dates or late payment fees or charges. You are also able to view your bill on line at any stage so you can see the status of your account.
Value Flexibility
While we have a large range of plans designed for both personal and business needs, if you need something specific that is not covered by our current plans, we can examine specifically designing a plan to meet your particular needs.
Value the Environment
At Value we believe in supporting the environment. For that reason we are a Green Company and try to eliminate paper wastage wherever possible. With this in mind, we do not send out paper bills – all bills are sent via email in PDF format. We have a simple on line bill viewing platform where you can view your bill at any time during the month for up to date billing and other information.
